There is a 30 day return policy here at Dapplelicious Scents & Things. We do advise that you open all orders upon delivery within the first 3 days. If this time has past (30 days) we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. All refunds and exchanges are subject to approval. Photos may be asked of you if there is damage from carrier who is delivering your package.
We only accept refunds if there is damage by the carrier. If your package is lost during shipping. A claim will need to be filed first with the carrier company and if they can not find or deliver your package a refund or exchange will be given. Proof of receipt must be shown in both cases whether a refund is being issued or an exchange.
A refund may also be issued as long as the packing has not been open, damaged and in its original packaging, seal must not be broken on the shipping box. You will lose the original cost of shipping and be responsible for the return shipping label back to us. If we receive the item back to us damaged a partial or no refund maybe given. When you send it back to us it's important to keep track of the tracking number.
Once we receive your return we will inspect the package and the product and send you an email letting you know if we will process a full refund or partial refund or if the request has been rejected. If we approve the refund we will issue you a credit back to your credit card. Please allow 10-12 business days for this process. Once the refund has been processed on our end you may want to contact your bank to see how long before they release it back to your credit card. Any item that is returned after 30 days a refund or exchange will not be given.
